Cobalt Ventures constructed a block of four two-story starter homes on Myatt Drive in Old Hickory, TN -- part of the Greater Nashville Area.
Each home featured modern kitchen countertops and appliances, an open floor plan, laminate vinyl plank flooring downstairs and a carpeted upstairs with slight variations on the exterior paint color and porch layouts.
